1. Free Consultation
Your consultation helps me understand your goals, experience, schedule, and preferences so we can discuss the best plan to help you succeed.
It’s completely free, with no obligation or pressure to purchase anything.
2. Plan Delivered via MyPTHub
Access your workouts, track progress, log sessions, and message me directly — all in one place.
After you register, you’ll receive an email invite from MyPTHub to activate your client account.
When you first sign in, you’ll be asked to complete the PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you will need to consult your GP or healthcare professional before starting the programme.
The full Client Agreement and Waiver will also be provided through MyPTHub during the enrolment process and must be agreed to before the programme begins.
3. Personalised Training Plan
We’ll confirm your starting point and build a plan that fits:

4. Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition support focuses on sustainable habits, not strict rules.
I don’t provide meal plans or prescribe calories or macros.

Each week, we review your progress and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward confidently.
