Hi, I’m Farida — also known as BohFitness.
I help adults build strength for everyday life, so they can stay mobile and independent as they get older.
I didn’t always live this way. I used to be overweight, with poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Cycling to work was the turning point that changed everything.
Later, while working as a carer, I saw first-hand what happens when people lose their strength and mobility. That experience shaped how I coach today.
My training focuses on real-life strength — being able to get up from the floor, climb stairs, carry shopping, and move well day to day.
I keep things simple, honest, and adapted to where you are.
