Hi, I’m Farida — also known as BohFitness.

I help adults build strength for everyday life, so they can stay mobile, confident, and independent as they get older.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked as a carer. During that time, I saw first-hand what happens when strength and mobility are lost.

My training focuses on exercises that support real life, like getting up from the floor, climbing stairs, carrying shopping, and moving with confidence day to day. Not quick fixes, but strength that actually matters in daily life.
