Hi, I’m Farida — or as you might know me, BohFitness.
I believe movement should feel empowering, not intimidating. My goal is to help people train with structure and purpose — to build strength, move confidently, and enjoy feeling capable in their body.
At a younger age, I always loved being active and outdoors — but for a long time, I lost touch with that side of myself and fell into unhealthy habits.
Finding my way back reminded me how powerful movement can be, both mentally and physically, and how much it improves quality of life at any age.
When I first started again, I realised just how confusing it all was — endless exercises online, conflicting advice, and unrealistic expectations about how quickly results should happen. It took me time to understand what actually worked and how to stay consistent.
That’s what led me to study and become a qualified personal trainer — because I know how it feels to be unsure where to start. Now, I want to help others build confidence in training, follow a clear plan that makes sense for them, and see real progress they can be proud of.
My approach is friendly, honest, and supportive.
