4 Weeks to Strength & Confidence

This 4-week online program is designed to help you start your journey into fitness, build strength and gain confidence in your body. If building strength and moving more is one of your goals, this program is for you.

Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks, 3 sessions per week (30–45 minutes each)

  • Format: Online via MyPTHub app, fully bodyweight, accessible from home

  • Structure: 2 Strength Circuit Days (full-body) + 1 Mobility Day

  • Support: Weekly 1:1 video call (30–45 minutes) + guidance during the week
