I was having a consultation with a new client, and they asked me, “What if I don’t like it? What if I change my mind? What if this isn’t for me?”

It made me pause for a moment, because I know exactly why these questions come up. I do the same when starting something new - it can feel like a big commitment. You might think that once you choose a path, you’re stuck with it. That one decision locks you in forever.

But here’s the thing: nothing is written in stone. Not even in fitness.

Changing direction doesn’t erase progress. It builds understanding.
Adjusting your plan doesn’t break consistency. It protects it.
