I’m excited to share “Step into Strength” program — a 4-week, bodyweight-only strength program designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself — all from home, with no equipment needed.

We start 10th November 2025 and finish 7th December, so you’ll wrap up the program just in time for the festive season, feeling accomplished and ready to enjoy the holidays.

How it works:

Step 1: Sign up & access
Once you purchase the programme, you’ll receive an invite email from My PT Hub asking you to activate your client account. You’ll be prompted to download the My PT Hub mobile app (available for iOS and Android).
Inside your account, you’ll find a welcome message, access to the programme content, and all your workouts, mobility sessions, and chat features.

Step 2: Programme begins (10 November)
On the start date (10 Nov), the 4-week schedule kicks off.

  • You’ll get 3 workouts per week (30–45 mins each) that you can do at home, bodyweight only.

  • Each week also includes a dedicated mobility session.

  • All workouts are logged and tracked through the My PT Hub app — you can mark sessions as complete, record reps or notes, and I’ll be able to see your activity and progress.

  • I’ll send you updates, messages, and check-ins through the app chat, so everything stays in one place.

Step 3: Ongoing support + video call option

  • You can message me anytime through the chat in My PT Hub to ask questions, share how you’re doing, or send updates on your progress.

  • You also have the choice to schedule a weekly video call (30–45 mins via Google Meet) if you’d like more personal support. Simply send me a message through the app, and we’ll arrange a day and time that suits you best.

  • At the end of the 4 weeks (around 7 Dec), you’ll wrap up feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to enjoy the festive season.

Step 4: Finish & reflect
At the end of week 4, we’ll review your progress together (via chat or video call) and I’ll help you decide what’s next so you can maintain and build on your new strength and confidence.
