Hi, I’m Farida, known as well as "BohFitness".
At a younger age, I’ve always loved being active and outdoors — but for a long time I lost touch with that side of myself falling into unhealthy habits.
Finding my way back reminded me how powerful movement can be, both mentally and physically, and how much it can improve quality of life at any age. I also realised how confusing it can be to know where to start, with so many information out there that it often feels overwhelming.
Now that I am a qualified personal trainer, I want to help others to train with structure, cutting through the noise to build strength and feel confident in what their body can do.
My approach is friendly, honest, and supportive, and I believe that consistency and determination — even on the hard days — are what truly create change.

A personalised 12-week program designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence, or to start moving and progress from Couch to 5K running.
Combines progressive training for strength or running to help you reach your goals.
Delivered through the app, with weekly 1:1 video calls to review progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan.
Ongoing support and guidance throughout the program.
