Choose the Coaching Style That Suits You
I offer two 1:1 personal training options depending on how much live guidance you want and how you prefer to train.
Both options include the same level of care, personalisation, and support.
1:1 Hybrid Coaching (App-Based + Weekly Check-In)
Best for you if you want flexibility and ongoing support without needing live sessions every workout.
How it works:
One weekly 1:1 check-in (online via Google Meet)
Personalised training programme delivered via My PT Hub
Follow your workouts independently throughout the week
Message me anytime in the app
Send videos or photos for exercise feedback
Weekly programme adjustments as needed
This option is ideal if you want structure, accountability, and expert guidance while training on your own schedule.
1:1 Online Personal Training (Live Sessions)
Best for you if you want full guidance, motivation, and coaching during every workout.
How it works:
Live 1:1 training sessions via Google Meet
We complete each workout together in real time
Real-time coaching, cues, and technique feedback
Sessions scheduled in advance
Includes the same personalised planning, support, and progression as Hybrid Coaching
This option suits you if you prefer to train with a coach present every session and value real-time accountability.

What This Programme Is
The 12-Week 1:1 Personal Training Programme combines personalised planning, coaching support, and flexible delivery — either through Hybrid Coaching or Online Live Training.
You’ll choose between two paths:
Strength Training Path — Build confidence and strength through a progressive plan adapted to your level and available equipment.
Running Path — Start running or return to it safely, with a gradual progression that builds endurance without feeling overwhelming.
Both paths include personalisation, flexibility, and coaching support to help you stay motivated throughout the 12 weeks.

How It Works
1. Free Consultation (Google Meet or Email — your choice)
Your consultation helps me understand your goals, background, schedule, and what you want to achieve.
Option 1 — Google Meet Video Call
A 30-45 minutes video call (Google Meet) where we talk through your goals and answer any questions.
Option 2 — Email Consultation
You’ll receive an email from me with a small set of questions.
Once I receive your answers, I will send you:
an outline of your personalised 12-week plan
next steps
instructions on how to enrol
2. Plan Delivered via MyPTHub
Access your workouts, track progress, log sessions, and message me directly — all in one place.
After you register, you’ll receive an email invite from MyPTHub to activate your client account.
When you first sign in, you’ll be asked to complete the PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you will need to consult your GP or healthcare professional before starting the programme.
The full Client Agreement and Waiver will also be provided through MyPTHub during the enrolment process and must be agreed to before the programme begins.
3. Personalised Training Plan
We’ll go through some exercises to help create your individualised 12-week plan, making sure it’s safe, suitable, and built around your needs.
This also gives us a clear starting point so we can track your progress and adjust your plan whenever needed.
Each plan is tailored to your level, your schedule, and what you feel comfortable with — ensuring you can progress confidently and consistently.
4. Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition support focuses on building sustainable eating habits that support your training, energy levels, and body composition.
I don’t provide meal plans or prescribe calorie or macro targets. Instead, we focus on education, balanced meals, portion awareness, and consistency in a way that fits your lifestyle.
This approach is aligned with general healthy eating guidelines and adapted to support fitness goals.
5. Weekly Coaching & Adjustments
Each week, we review your progress.
I provide feedback, make adjustments, and ensure the plan continues to suit your goals and schedule.
6. Ongoing Support & Flexibility
Your coaching adapts as needed. If something changes in your routine or energy levels, we adjust the plan so you can continue moving forward at a comfortable pace.
Refunds & Payments
Payment for the 12-week programme can be made in full or in three separate payments, made before the start of each 4-week block.
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the programme has not yet started.
